Who has ever heard of Jethro Tull?

Have you heard John Mayall's live album, "The Turning Point?" (There's no drummer) Johnny Almond John Mark, and I can't recall who played the bass. I'll dig it up and post it.

Kat, Did Ian play Beethoven's 9th and Pachelbel Canon (In D Major?) It's "entertaining," to say the least.

Being a Flutist, and NOT knowing of Jethro Tull is like being a Clown, who's never heard of BOZO. Ian Anderson brought notoriety to the term "Flautist." I started playing, (or should I say, "murderin…

I play the Alto and Soprano Sax, and the drums. I have found over the years, that the Sax interferes with my embouchure. Having to transpose isn't exactly fun when I'm stuck in D-flat minor. It's always a gas to spank the skins once in a while. Doin…

Dear Mr.Steve Hahn, ( Guru )

Greetings,

It is a honour to know a great flautist like you. Thanks to Internet & flutistconnect.com

I saw your comments on Flutistconnect.com on Jethrotull. You are great, you have so much knowledge & experience on flute. I wonder how I did not know you all this time. It is never too late to know & learn from a great flautist like you. I have just sent a freinds request on flutistconnect.com, hope you shall accept.

I am from India & learning flute since 2 years now. I use Indian Bansuri
Bamboo flute with 6 holes to learn & play Western music. It is good start.been able to play few songs but still there is lot to learn.

I got your e-mail from one of your replies in the forum. I hope I can communicate with you on flute music issues for learning, sharing etc.

I tried learning from "Youtube" how to play thick as a brick. But I still do not have proper notes for the jazzy ending part of the song. I also wish to learn Bouree version.

Even "Traffic" I love, I wish to learn "John Barley corn must die". I am sure you must have played all these songs. Trust you shall train me to play these classic hits of early 60's & 70's.

I feel great to know you. I seek your advise to learn classic old music.

I sent mail on your above id it is bouncing back. Pls send me your correct id.

Best Regards
