my band teacher is Mrs. Smith and she is awesome because she makes fun of us but you still knows shes kidding and she acts like a kid and picks and has fun, but is also very serious when it comes time. Everybody at my school loves her, and I do too. (:

Comment by Lacey Brown on November 29, 2009 at 8:28pm - he sounds awesome! some groups from our band get to go to a really fancy hotel/waterpark and play chrstmas music for about an hour it may not sound extremely exciting but the place is so huge! and it so so expensive to stay there so its kind of an honor for us to be there. plus its good publicity (:

- I have another band director that was awesome. Mr. Donnell was my teacher last year. He looks like if he was in the military. he is such a dork and he knows it. when he was teaching us 2nd octave F, he told us "quit flicking me off!" cuz it looks like we were giving him the "finger". the rest of the period we spent time "flicking him off"
