Go to the Photos section of this site.

In the top right corner, next to a yellow box with your name in it, is a link + Add a Photo

Clicking on that gives you a page with another link to add photos.

Clicking on that gives you a browser so you can search your hard-drive to upload photos onto a server for this site.

Thank you- I will try on computer as doesn't seem to work on my smart phone...

You didn't say you were trying to do it directly from a smart phone.

I didn't twig, from you wanting to use e-mail.

I'm sorry, I've no idea if its possible to e-mail photos into this site.
